Phantom Driver Seat V70-XC70 2001

I have a ghost phantom residing in my Cross Country. Intermittently, when I unlock the car and open up the driver's door, the driver's power seat reverts rom memory position 2 to memory position 1 or position 1 to position 2 if mey wife is driving it. Anyone else encounter this problem? Thanks in advance for your help.
