P0108 code is it the MAP sensor? HELP inspection expired 850

Help!!

i just put 1000 $$ into a used transmission replacement to clear my Check engine light, (P0740 tourqe convertor lock up) the tranny is great now and the flashing arrow and blinking tranny mode lights anbd tranny code are gone, now today on the way to get the car inspected finally, the Check engine light came back on with a new code P0740, it was raining real hard and now i to clear this code. Is it most likely the MAP sensor?
