It is a decent sized job getting in there but it can't hold a candle to doing an evaporator. I thought Bay 13 had a tutorial on it but if they do I cannot find it. You will just have to do a little searching around as I know I have seen it somewhere on one of the Volvo forums. It really is not that hard as there is an access panel to get to it and you do not need to pull all the stuff out of the way like when you do an evaporator.
