MAF sensor code p0107 low input pressure C70

I've been getting this error code lately on my 98 C70 T5M. The car seems to be running fine, mileage is the same. Do I need to clean the sensor, and what with? I don't want to damage it, if its just dirty.

If the input pressure is low, does that mean there is a leak? Everything seems OK, but is there a hose that I should go over?

I clear the code, but it comes back soon after. The car has about 67000 miles.

Thanks
