No heat coming from the floor vents or the defrost vents 850 1995

1995 850 turbo wagon. No heat coming from the floor vents or the defrost vents. Blower and top vents work fine. A/C Evaporator and blower motor were changed recently. My suspicion is that that the wires for the three damper motors were crossed when the mechanic did the reassembly (previous owner). Questions:
1. Where are the climate control dampers located? What needs to be removed to gain access to the damper motors to try to switch the connections?
2. What is the procedure for resetting the ACC ECU using the onboard diagnostics? I understand that this is covered in the Haynes manual; unfortunately I cannot locate one of these manuals at this time. I know that disconnecting the battery with a series of steps will reset the ACC ECU, is this enough?
Thanks.
