How to change engine mount V70-XC70 1998

I am trying to change the engine mount (front of engine down by the CV joint.) I see the instructions at bay13 but I can't see how to get the 2nd 17mm bolt out. There is a pulley and other stuff in the way. This is supposedly an easy job, any idea on how to do this? Do I need to remove the 14mm bolts first then raise the engine slightly to get enough clearance? (This would be opposite of what bay13 says.) Thanks
