Engine has no power, especially when accelerating 850

Hello everyone

This really bits me and i have to give up here for sometime, maybe somebody had something similar, I have gone with my car,( which does not have both the splashgurds below the engine unfortunatelly) into water, after that all the controls led up the engine went off, and when it started it had complete no power, like working on 3 spark plugs, the oil builds enormous pressure when accelerating an shoots up through the oil feeler, what is interesting when it is on idling 850 rpm it sometimes plays with rotation to 1500 then to 500 and then suddenly all is perfect it has power again and all works fine, this is also when it rains it also sometimes works great. I have done almost everything new pistons and rings, new cyllinders for them, the head has been fixed too, all new seals, new sparks and wires, new cap,all new filters totally cleaned intake, all cleaned injectors plus new seals, cleaned flame trap, clean the ventilation of the crankase, new o2,
and its the same as before, plus the onboard diagnose sees no faults ????

best regards
