Mass Air Flow Sensor replacement S80

Regarding the Mass Airflow Sensor.
I have a 1999 S80. Just got it out of the 60k service. On the way to get it serviced, the 'Emmission System service required" came on. I told them about it. They came back that it was the MAS sensor. It, plus the 'ECM Gasoline Reload' and labor (128.80) was $351.67. This was in addition to the other parts and labor. They replaced the 'drive belt', which in laymens terms is the fan belt, because it had cracks in it. Also the top engine mount(top engine mount broken at center bushing). Total bill including the MAS etc.---$1305.66.
Don't know if I've been 'had' or what. They have always been up front with me since the day I bought it from them in Jan 99. But there seems to have been a turnover of service personnel lately.
Anyone have any ideas regarding this?
