Emergency brake shoe problem 850 1996

Greetings,

I've had some noise from my drivers side rear wheel. I just took my rear wheel off & discovered the e-brake shoe lining is coming off the metal plate, therefore rubbing the inside of the rotor hat. No local parts houses carry these shoes. I see a whole kit for $30 on FCPGroton.com. Should I try to use Gorilla glue to simply glue the lining back on or what? Big question: if I replace them, how difficult will it be? I've done a million disc brake jobs, but have never done a drum brake job.
Thanks in advance.
