how hard is too hard for an old 850? 850 1993

Ive got a '93 850 GLT with about 124,000 miles (the odo broke a month ago...). The tranny fluid hasnt been changed in a while and it needs a new air filter, distributer cap, and rotor. The entire car seems to be running fine... with the exception of a few things that i can live with. The thing is, i drive it fairly hard. Its an auto and i keep it on eco mode because its easier but I typically drive it to 4K RPM about everywhere i go, maybe a lot higher if I need to go fast, you know. I was wondering, with the typical tranny problems in the 850s, if this is too much for the car to handle now. Its been fine so far, only the occassional engine shudder when kicking down at 60. Can this driving cause something to break around this time or is it what the car was made for? Just harmless... Thanks in advance.
