driver's side mirror glass fell out V70-XC70 2007

So my daughter called today and informed me that, while she was driving to work, the glass fell out of the housing on the driver's side of her car. She had noticed it was "wobbly" but didn't think anything of it. I am wondering if this is an easy replacement (can I steer her toward a pick and pull where she could simply pop the glass out of a donor and pop in into her housing), or does she have to have the entire housing replaced?
