diagnosis from 1100 miles away (07 s60) S60 2007

My sisters s60 is showing an idiot light with a triangle and ! mark in it.

She says the triangle is "blue or green" but the exclamation mark is red and flashing. And the message says something about "fuel economy #'s".


I've suggested she go to some parts store to have the OBDII looked it (her husband is a pilot and is on assignment).

I know this is very little to go on (the lack of information frustrates me far more than it probably frustrates you). I've looked online and can't seem to find anything (even looking at the manuals you can download).

Any help would be appreciated.
