Poor gas pedal response and lopping idle V70-XC70 2002

At idle, plug your voltage meter to the battery terminals and check. It should be around 14.4V. Much less and you should consider a new voltage regulator. An auto parts store will check the voltage and the battery life for free.

The P0300 is for multiple misfires, you should also have P0301-5 so you know which cylinders could be a problem.

Reason for parking for a year? Check for vacuum leaks, as 1000 rpm is too high unless the engine is cold.

Yeh, forget the ETM for now. The AMM could be a problem, but there is a code for that too. Pull the cam belt cover off and take a quick check of the timing marks.
