V70 wiper washer - no help V70-XC70 2004

Hi Klaus,

No hose split, nozzles weren't frozen.

I could hear the pump run when the rear washer switch was triggered but not when the front was. No power at the pump when the front switch was triggered.

No VIN last 6 is 450618 so 1 pump but still unclear how the washers function separately.

The rear washer sprayed just the rear and the front washer sprayed just the windshield and the headlights (now disconnected and hoses capped off).

My washer pump is exactly like the one in the link.

I'll check the column switch etc.

Still confused.

Will let you know. Won't get to it for a while have a new (8 week old puppy) and a new (1987) lathe (1100 lbs) in my garage that needs to go into my basement before my car fits in. It's winter and cold here right now.
