S70 Front left brake locking S70

Look for a rebuilt caliper, you will need one.

For the time being, pull the wheel, take off the worn brake pads and hope they are not ground down to the metal, remove the slide pins. Clean the slide pins with a wire brush until they shine and regrease with silicone brake grease.

Grease the caliper piston base and see if you can push it back into the caliper. I have always used large pliers, being careful to not scratch the piston head. If the piston does get pushed back, grease it some more and put it all back together.

When you install a new caliper, flush the brake fluid at the same time. Use DOT4+.
