J hose to evap canister? V70-XC70 1999

I would take a damp paper towel and try wiping off the J hose first to check it. A length of electrical tape to cover any cracks might help for a few days or a week, enough to cycle the engine and see if the light goes off and stays off.

Check other vacuum lines back there. My 1998 had a 4 inch piece of vacuum line back in the same area split.
