Wont start, have fuel and spark V70-XC70 2000

Hi all,

Car will no longer start, i have spark at each coil, i have fuel coming to the rail, and i have fuel spraying out of each injector (i pulled them all out and cranked)
car will not start..or will sometimes start but sound/feel like its running on just 2 or 3 cylinders, and when i pull out the spark plugs they are all super wet and there is a pool of gas on each piston top..and takes A long time to evaporate it out..so its running super super rich..
what causes this?
i know about the ECT and its bad i think..as there is NO resistance between its terminals 0 Ohms, but could that be the only reason? why wouldnt the car go into some sort of limp home mode?
gona order a new sensor and see..just looking for other's experiences!
