Trans. Codes 232 & 323 Car Will Not Budge. Is It Something Else??? 850 1993

Not yet. The missing speed signal is starting to sound like an age related disease, more and more are cropping up. The 323 is the converter lockup, which can only happen above a certain speed and if the speed signal is missing...

Fortunately, you car is still drivable. But get a new speed signal sensor and wire and try it out. It should solve your problem.
