I wish I had seen this post earlier. I would have sent you over to my mechanic (Volvo Tech) in Pittsburgh. He's about 3 miles from the dealer in Pittsburgh. So far in the last two weeks he has had 4 cars towed from the dealer to him because of their cost to repair. He would have done it for around 1/2 the dealers cost.
