I appreciate everyone's help with the front suspension problem.

I replaced the RF spring seat and am waiting for the new strut bolts and nuts to come in to replace the LF spring seat. The bouncing and crashing is gone although there still is a slight rattle which I hope is from the other spring seat

Mark (Rule 308), I was surprised by how straightforward the R&R is following the instructions. The strut seemed fine so I didn't replace it.
