65,000mile service? 850 1996

My 850R has been regularly maintained in terms of regular oil change, transmission oil change, and spark plugs. What else needs to be changed at 65,000 miles???

I heard that it is time to change the timing belt, any idea what Volvo service stations are charging for this?
