Front end noise V70-XC70 1998

My 1998 V70 XC (50k miles) is emmitting a low pitch hum from the front passenger side at freeway speed. Any ideas if it's the viscous coupling or maybe a wheel bearing? The brake pads have plenty of life remaining. Tire pressure OK, and nothing in the tread. At speed, I disengage the motor, and the noise continues. Thanks in advance for any help.
