V70 Door Panel Insert 'Delaminating' ? V70-XC70 1998

The vinyl door panel inserts on the 1998 V70 AWD I just aquired are 'delaminating'.

THe vinyl looks to have been bonded to some kind of plastic form and it is coming loose in some places. IT doesn't seem to be a wear & tear item, as this was a clean, low-miles car. Anyone seen this & know a fix or replacement strategy ?
