Leaking Radiator 850

Every year at this time (cold weather) The radiator leaves me a little present on the driveway each morning. Today, this "dripping" has turned into a small puddle. I was told there is an O-ring that eventually goes bad and radiator replacement is necessary. Anyone heard this? Anyone change out their radiator in an 850?
