Instrument Panel lights and gauges went out and will not come on V70-XC70 2002

The instrument panel lights, odometer, tach, fuel gauge, water temperature, message center all went out today. The car is a 2002 Ocean Race XC70 with 177K. I have checked fuses and found no blown fuses. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how do I fix it?
