Short Trips S70 00

Was wondering what you all define as a "short trip"? I have heard over the years that short trips can cause a lot of wear on a car, but I never really understood what was meant by it. Does it mean not getting up to full temp? Does it mean trips only under 45MPH? My car sees mostly 15 min drives, under 60MPH. If this is a problem long term, what is the best way to keep everything happy?
