Hi, all. I just discovered that my cruise control does not engage. It is rather sudden as it worked fine a while ago. I must stipulate that I have not used the car very much in the last year or so. Just in-town jaunts, etc. This is why I have not tried to engage the cruise control for a while. The other day I tried and there was absolutely no response from it whatsoever. I have done a search on this site and came up with the suggestion of looking under the battery. I haven't done it yet, but will soon. Is there anything else I should look at?

    The controller is screwed to the bottom of the battery tray; a vacuum line had come loose, dealer fixed it gratis a the time of some other service, one of the few true free repairs ever on this car. So check the line, and it's junctions first.

      I had the same problem when I did PNp Switch, snapped the hose back on & Presto !!! it works!
