Radio Tuning S60 2002

I have a 2002 S60 with CD/Cass US Specs living in Germany. I need a way to possibly reprogram the tuner for european stations.

Area Selection
With the radio switched off, press and hold down Ώ-20/DISC], press [Volume] to power on the radio, and continue to hold down Ώ-20/DISC] for at least 5 seconds.
Press Ώ-20/DISC] to cycle between possible values
Turn Ώ-20/DISC] to select a function

Function - Description
AREA - EU/US/AU Allows you to select the area where the radio is to be used:
Europe (EU), North America (US) and Australia (AU).
BACK and SAVE - Saves any changes and revert to normal operation.

If no selection is made within 5 seconds, the radio will discard any changes and revert to normal operation.

I tried it on my car but everytime i turn the engine back on it resets. Also only have the option for US/AU, (i got the 613 model).

Radio Tuning

I have the 613 also and it does the same each time the engine is shut off then on. All it needs is a software upgrade from Volvo but none exists. It you notice when you start the car after selecting AU the radio stays tuned to AU until you move the gear selector, then it reverts back to US. It seems to me that this situation stinks of FORD (CHEAP).
