Copper or lead mallet is kinder than a "hammer". If the cable to the ETM on this model goes behind the starter motor support bracket, bring it out and tie wrap it to the front. If you ever need to remove the ETM it will mean that you won't have to remove the bracket first and will save you a bit of time and scraped knuckles.
