Simple question re: temp guage S70

Hi all,

Quick question.. where should the temp guage read when warmed up? 1/2 the entire scale including red area? or 1/2 way in between white area?
Thanks, Seth

If you are changing the thermostat, you might ask Klaus if there is a sensor that some people change at the same time - I have never changed a thermostat - mine failed in the middle of winter and I was not up for DIY at that time!

In the middle of the gauge, pointing to the side of the car.

On our 850s, the needle is almost perfectly horizontal when they are warmed up.

If the temperature goes DOWN on the highway in the winter, you need a new thermostat as it has failed open as it is designed to do.
