Pollen filter ?? part number ? 850 1994turbo

I go to BAY 13 today follow the instruction to clean the Pollen filter, but when I remove the 2 torque bit.. there was not filter under it... just a lot of dirt... any one know can we buy this filter at Kragen? or do any one know the part number the the pollen filter..

    Mrsha,

    The filter is #9171296, $15.91. The filter retainer is # 9488525, $15.30. Note, Make sure your tranny fluid level is correct by measuring the level on the dipstick. Very important.

    I had the same situation with my car. I just went to the Volvo dealer and they found the right part for both the filter and the bracket that holds the filter. I did not record the part number. I don't remember exact cost, but I think it was something like $35 total for both parts.
