Ok, the air pump does work but still throws the code po410 and po412. It doesnt make sense that the vehicle needs to be driven for at least 20 seconds but it does. So my question here is while the vehicle is started cold and sits in park the pump is OFF and the o2 sensor is getting loaded up, and throws a pump code?! I double checked the system, no vacuum leaks, new parts, proper signal.What gives. still cant pass emissions. Im counting on you Klaus. lol

solenoid valve (valve A ?) on top of radiator with 2 wire molex and 2 vacuum lines one to the air box and one to my new sas valve (valve B ?) atop the exhaust manifold. ther is a third vacuum port and it is capped. I installed new elbows to the vacuum lines in question.I just answered my question... get 2 new vacuum lines and dont ASSUME. this new po412 code came after I isolated and tested the vale on top of the radiator. Note the lt.blue/org. wire does not run right to the air pump relay for a negative trigger. Im sure I cleared the codes at my local Advance Auto with their scan tool. It is pretty foolproof." erase codes" yes, "no codes present." I started the vehicle, 96 850 n/a, and the codes appeared instantly while in park. I thought you had to drive it a while before the ecu runs its checks. I'll order a new valve A. If that doesnt work It will become a field vehicle. Its a shame because it runs and drives perfect at 26 mpg. avg. Thank You Klaus

Yes , Thanks Klaus. Valve A is the solenoid valve/ switch on top of our radiators?

Isn't there a check valve between the pump and manifold? Hard to do this without notes...

A brand new one from fcp groton installed actually. i have vacuum but not enough? rebiult air pump works great with a weep hole in bottom incase the sas valve ever dies again.Does the solenoid vavle/ switch on the radiator Turn Off the pump?

Correct, the solenoid is turned on/off by the ECU. I cleaned out that valve with carb cleaner and replaced the vacuum line that is just below it.

Po410 code back after 400 miles. I can monitor the new air pump on/off cycle. still can't pass inspection. If there is no other parts to replace in this sas, where does one go from here?

P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction
P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow Detected
P0412 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Malfunction
P0413 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Open
P0414 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve A Circuit Shorted
P0415 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Malfunction
P0416 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Open
P0417 Secondary Air Injection System Switching Valve B Circuit Shorted
P0418 Secondary Air Injection System Relay "A" Circuit Malfunction
P0419 Secondary Air Injection System Relay "B" Circuit Malfunction

You have replaced everything as far as I know. I would resort to a Dealer at this point, letting him know what was replaced.
