How to bypass fuel pump relay on 940 (or otherwise run pump to test)? 900 1995

Thank you. That worked great, and I didn't have to mess with the relay itself.

Now, I am trying to figure out what the results mean. There was no fuel that came out of the fuel return line. I checked the pressure at the rail, and it went up to 38 psi. So does that mean the FPR is bad or that the fuel pump is bad? That is, should 38 psi result in fuel being returned?
