Maybe you found out already, but it looks like Tom Smith is in Maryland for now, he's the head fabricator on the S60Rs that are running in the Speedvision World Challenge. Pretty cool stuff!

When I had my car dyno tuned, the dyno guys referred me to a custom pipe guy in NH, they said that he is the best in the area. They told me that he has the equipment to mandrel bend 3" exhuast tubing, which is really really expensive gear, from what I have heard. Maybe kind of far for you...
