V8 AC Conversion to R134?

Thanks for the responses.

Sorry for the delay--out of the loop for a while. Took it up to the auto craft shop at Ft Eustis last Saturday and was able to borrow their UV lamp and goggles, etc. No dye at any of the hoses, nothing around the compressor, etc. We also used the "sniffer" and no R-12 leaks found. Hooked it up to the gauges and system pressure was a little low (can't remember which side) at around 20 psi (according to tech it should be 25-30). I'm going to try to top off the system (R-12 plus dye) and see what happens . . . .
