Floor pan differnces manual/automatic 242?

I have reached the point in stripping my VERY rusty 1983 242 Turbo manual trans. car to a bare hulk. I have removed EVERY part I might possibly use on my rust free 1984 242Dl V8 project. I am now cutting out sheet metal, including the roof panel, (donor parts car has sunroof), wheel houses, (maybe use for widening?) that may be of use. The good car, (the DL), was an automatic transmission car but will be converted to a manual trans, (T56) for my Mustang 5.0 V8 driveline. The donor car was a manual trans car. Are the floor pans different? Hard to compare as they are in different locations, but appear to be the same. Oddly, as rotten as the floor is, the driveline tunnel is in really nice shape. Save it? I'm running out of storage space; 2 Volvo motors and 2 transmissions, along with the Ford motor and trans, pedal assembly, glass, interior, roof panel, extra deck lid, dash parts and on and on. Plus 4 motorcycles in my small garage and basement. Does anybody out there know if the manual vs auto driveline tunnel is different on 240s?
