Final wheel/tire selection comments?

Although a bit unorthodox, I decided to go with the Voxx MG 16X7 5-108 20SML, and a set of BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW-2's @ 225/45ZR16.

Can't wait for winter to end so I can switch my current set up.

Any comments or things I should expect/look out for/do....?
