A lot more there than first meets the eye due to the, uh, dated choices on wheels, tires, side pipes, etc. Appears to me to be almost a custom frame to accommodate the Corvette bits with the Volvo "hat" put on top. So I'd characterize it more as a Volvo body dropped over a custom V8/irs chassis.
