262C 5.0L on ebay

I've put my 262C 5.0L up for sale.
It is on ebay at the moment. If it doesn't sell I won't be heartbroken.
But if you are looking for a well sorted V8 this may fill the bill.
I've won a couple of prizes at local Volvo shows and most comments about the car are very positive.
The car is California smog legal! If you are in CA and want to do a conversion, be very careful to follow the new rules on engine changes (especially the CATS)
Or, buy a car that is already certified.
Check out the listing at

By the way, I received a lot of help here on Brickboard when I did the conversion. Check the archives for my posts.

The car is still "kinda" for sale.
I'm not driving it much (200-300 miles a month). since I have a "new favorite"
I've had it on ebay, and it even made it to "bring a trailer".
If you're interested, email me.
I'm only selling it so I can begin on a new project. Hoping to build an 1800 5 cyl.
Also I am open to a trade for an 1800.
