1999 V70 Tachometer drops and Car dies with No Error codes

This really should be posted in the AWD/FWD forum, not stories.

You've been throwing blind money at this car instead of actually diagnosing the problem.

Absolutely first is a fuel pressure gauge visible from the driver's seat. The reading should be steady as a rock under ALL conditions. You need to check the reading at the instant you feel the power loss. Even 1/4 PSI below normal tells you it's a fuel problem. Voltage to the pump and volume testing needs to be checked.

If it is not fuel, voltage to the ignition system needs to be monitored to rule out or confirm ignition switch / main relay.

The power loss at road speed implies that it is not an idle problem. The fact that it usually restarts normally points away from over-richness (flooding) as the cause.

If the car is running normally, can you get full power for at least 10 seconds of wide open throttle? If not, start with the fuel filter (not on your list of replaced parts). Common sensor failures (crankshaft position and coolant temp) would set the check engine light.

Don't spend another penny on parts until you have these answers.
