I'd stay clear of Scantech. The best I can say for them is they're known for inconsistent quality. Generally Scantech parts are considered absolute trash, particularly anything rubber. I had a bad experience with scantech ball joints for 240 (and a clutch cable that broke after 3 days, and TABs that last only months before collapsing, etc...) I certainly wouldn't chance it with something as labor-intensive as a 140 ball joint. No need to do it twice.
