The thing is, I don't see ANY real meaning to it... as Bruce said, certainly nothing relating to Volvos. The phallic symbolism is I suppose more apparent than any automotive symbolism to the masses, and I'm not sure I'd be comfortable wearing the t-shirt anywhere but to a Volvo meet.
