You can find them on ebay fairly often, or I might be persueded to sell you a couple for a token amount plus shipping.

On the other hand you could take the opportunity to give all four wheels the other Corona wheel treatment and use chrome lug nuts and small chrome centers. I got mine from Voluparts in Atlanta.
