Also; passenger window shattered. Is it hard to replace?

Yes, you are right it goes through the opening and then turns 90 degrees to fit into the track. Nothing has to be forced to get it into place. If anything proves to be an obsticale it would probably be the regulator and you can reposition that with the window crank/power switch.
