Every compression gauge is different, and the absolute number achieved is less important than the variation. If you see anything past about 130 psi on five or six revolutions (that's important too for accuracy) and the variation is no more than ten to fifteen percent, all is well.
Be sure to check the valve clearances before testing, in case you have a tight one.
