Water Pump/ Timing Belt Job 200 1989

Should I remove the water pump before I remove the timing belt cover?

My current plan of attack is to:
1. Remove belly pan and drain coolant
2. Remove Fan and shroud
3. Question...Water Pump and belts or belts & timing belt cover??
