coolant additive.???

i think it was quite a while ago, that someone here mentioned some coolant additive, that was a wetting agent(?)....or in some way increased the heat transfer capability of the coolant...anyone heard of this...used it??...of course i may be hallucinating, but if not,...any comments....tia.....j.
