Weird ignition problem in 1994 940

No, it's definitely not in the cap and rotor. The oscilloscope shows that the coil loses half of it drive pulses when the engine reaches 1500 rpm. I thought it might be the adjustment in the cap at first. That somehow because of the high amount of advance you get at partial throttle, that the rotor was sparking to another plug... but the spark isn't even there.
