The code order merely represents the fault order, which may or may not be meaningful. From the looks of your codes, the rebuilt AMM may have died (frustrating!). I am underwhelmed by "rebuilders" and have heard of this happening with regularity.
Before you give up, see the 700/900FAQ section on deoxidizing connectors. Prior to 1992, the engine connectors suffered from oxidation. You should first deoxidize and protect them before concluding the AMM is bad.
Try for a used unit instead. EBay and www.car-part.com are good sources. Or a local boneyard.
