Fault code interpretation 700 1991

The code order merely represents the fault order, which may or may not be meaningful. From the looks of your codes, the rebuilt AMM may have died (frustrating!). I am underwhelmed by "rebuilders" and have heard of this happening with regularity.

Before you give up, see the 700/900FAQ section on deoxidizing connectors. Prior to 1992, the engine connectors suffered from oxidation. You should first deoxidize and protect them before concluding the AMM is bad.

Try for a used unit instead. EBay and www.car-part.com are good sources. Or a local boneyard.
