740 engine problems 700 1989

Three OBD codes. 131,232,214. Two point to the RPM sensor and one points to the fuel trim. Could the fuel trim mean a faulty or dirty air mass sensor? Any other ideas? I have a Bosch LH2.4 fuel injection system and Regina Rex ignition system.
